Delete it in the app: open Sarviqo (or Sarviqo Partner), go to Profile, tap Delete account, then confirm. You are signed out straight away.
1. Delete your account in the app
- Open the Sarviqo app, or the Sarviqo Partner app.
- Sign in with the phone number on the account.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out, and the account can no longer be used to sign in.
The Sarviqo and Sarviqo Partner apps are separate accounts. Delete each one you use.
2. Can’t use the app?
Email support@sarviqo.in with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us the phone number on the account and which app it is. We may ask you to confirm the request from that number before we act on it.
3. What happens after you delete
- Straight away: you are signed out and cannot sign in to that account again. A partner’s room and service listings are taken down so customers can no longer book them.
- Within 6 days: you can still change your mind. Contact support@sarviqo.in to restore the account.
- After 6 days: the account is permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
4. What is deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, email address and photo.
- Your notifications and the device tokens used to send them.
- Your sign-in. If the same phone number also has an account in the other Sarviqo app that you have not deleted, sign-in stays for that account only.
- For partners, the payment receipts shown in the app.
5. What is kept, and for how long
- Booking and payment records (the service, date, address, amount and payment reference): up to 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
- Partner identity (KYC) documents: for as long as the law requires after the partner account is closed.
- Card and UPI payment details are held by our payment gateway, not by Sarviqo, and are kept under its own legal obligations.
